I forgot to mention that when I went home on Fathers Day, my Mom presented me with a late birthday present. When I cook ribs on the smoker, the main issue is that ribs are large, especially for how much edible meat you get per chunk of cow. I can usually only fit 3 short racks on the smoker, which feeds about 5-6 people on small portions. But now, all my problems are solved. My Mom got me a rib rack, which will allow me to smoke 6 ribs simultaneously on the smoker y using patented space warping technology.
However it works, what it means is more ribs!
