Sidebar & Meta
The sidebar here on Indemnity83.com is hard coded, and makes use of a few plugins to archive the look it has. When this theme is released final (or perhaps before), I intend on providing widgets and/or a modified sidebar.php with the package to finish out the theme. For now, the theme will be styled to match Evincere, but the layout will not necessarily match.

Are you still working on this theme, i.e. adapting it for K2 1.0 once it’s out?
Regards,
Mick

@Mick
I do intend on keeping the style up-to-date as K2 evolves, and expand the style. At the moment, its been on the back burner for the month of October though, in lieu of the ‘Pink for October‘ style. November 1st the site will be back to using Evincere and it will be back to the front of development.

Nice style. Couldn’t help but notice the similarity between your header and that of Dan Cederholm’s over at SimpleBits.com. Coinky-dink?

Completely intentional. I specifically tried to mimic some of the feeling of Dan’s site, without blatantly copying it. The same goes for the meta information in the sidebar mimics the same from Dean’s site (http://deanjrobinson.com).
I Did list the sties I pulled influence from on this page, perhaps I should have been more specific.
