		<description>There is a check box under &#039;Options&#039; -&gt; &#039;Writing&#039; labeled &quot;WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically&quot; that might be doing that. I prefer to leave that setting off, and I also don&#039;t use the WYSIWYG  editor (&quot;Use the visual editor when writing&quot; check box under &#039;Users&#039; -&gt; &#039;Your Profile&#039;). I find that between those two options, to much of my HTML gets re-written when it was perfectly fine to begin with.</description>
