I just noticed that good friend Dave’s blog is back after a hiatus (due to domain name holding) for a year or more. I’m looking forward to reading the quips of the warrior again. Its somewhat Vanilla now, but I’m sure that will change.

Flickr on Vacation

So I doubt that anybody except me noticed, but my website was down for a little while. Believe it or not, it was caused by a problem with Flickr. While Flickr didn’t actually take my website down, the plugin on my website that gathers the random images for the sidebar sat waiting for a response from Flickr (which was apparently having a massage) and thus stopped my page from loading.

Anyway, the guys over at Flickr are working on getting everything back up and running, and for the moment at least, I can get to my site to post this message.

How did I notice that Flickr and my Blog were down? hmm… probably a post in the works related to both don’t you think?
